Real Estate or Building Maintenance People / Workers are required to assist with various ongoing refurbishment and maintenance of different properties across Greater London.
Successful candidates must have some experience and confidence with DIY projects, knowledge of plumbing, basic knowledge of electricals, carpentry etc
They must be health and safety conscious, pay attention to detail and have a problem solving attitude to work
They must be willing and able to travel to work in and around London
Candidates must be prepared to follow client instructions and to work independently in some cases.
Usual working hours will be 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday, but actual pay will be based more on the number of hours worked on each site or job. Candidates Speciality PPE would be provided when needed, but candidates must have their own Steel Toe Capped shoes and basic PPE.
The work involves a variety of tasks including repairs, servicing of equipment, fixing things and the doing the job of a maintenance worker.
